- Returns are not accepted
- Cancellation allowed only within 20 minutes of placing the order
- Refund only in cases of:
- Wrong item delivered
- Damaged/spoiled item received
- Delivery failed due to our mistake
Hotels Room Booking
- Cancellation free till 24 hours before check-in
- Within 24 hours → 50% refund
- No-show → No refund
- After check-in → Cancellation not allowed
Refund Method
- Online payment → refunded to original payment method
- COD → refunded via UPI/Bank transfer
